    How much risk is import too. I suppose a non-FSD car could have shown up and run over the kid.

    If the regulation is working like what the UK is proposing, then Tesla will be liable for accidents and traffic infractions that happen while the car is in FSD.

    Or not. A lot of cars now have level 2 systems with pedestrian braking.

    LOL.
    heard that before.
    One youtube post states Dan has written software for bmw .... and it's failed;
    if true ... Dan ought to worry more about safety rather than hack-ability.
    on a happier note - there'll be a 3 from 1 tesla stock split - close of wednesday's market.
