Cleaning those 4 passage ways on the intake manifold helped a ton.

I watched this video and unplugged to the EGR to test and the shake went away so I felt pretty confident the that was my last culprit.

Here is an ultimate list of things I did to solve the issue.
    1. Replaced dead NiMH battery with lithium— that made the biggest immediate difference. The engine was just working too hard with a weak battery.
    2. Cleaned Intake Manifold as ChapmanF suggested — made a significant difference and made the car feel normal again.
    3. Used BG products Kit — time will tell but I think will help. I was burning oil for awhile before the shakes started.
    4. Replaced the transmission fluid — was super dirty and definitely needed. Definitely the moment when the ICE engages a gentler transition.
    5. Also new tires, brakes, and a wheel bearing.— All necessary but didn’t do much to fix the shutter / rumble.

Also I had the head gasket replaced at 170k miles and now the car is at 240k miles. So I had moderate confidence the head gasket wasn’t the issue.

If the shutter/rumble comes back I’m gonna go ahead and replace the intake manifold and the EGR.

    Hope this helps someone.
