I would have to be towing the Titanic with the AC on and lower my tire pressure to 10 PSI to get 25MPG and probably not then. 25MPG is really bad for a gen 4. My MPG went up 10 MPG over the gen 3.
Definitely a real problem that Toyota needs to fix soonest.

Just make sure your documentation from the dealer states your issue clearly and completely, and that the dealer provides you with a copy of the diagnostics report. You may be just two or three more failures from a lemon law buy back. Check out Steve Lehto's You Tube channel for more understanding of the lemon law.

I have a 2018 Prime. I’m bringing mine in for the 2nd time in the morning. Just curious about your experience. On 2 occasions my Nav screen, dash components and cruise control have completely shut down and restarted while traveling over 70mph. Was this a similar experience for you?

I'd be talking to the dealer service. Yours is a PRIME so it could be worth asking on the PRIME Forum too.

I had a string of MALFUNCTIONS flash across my screen, and the car stopped - but I was nearly stopped. I went to the dealer and they plugged their gadgetry in - it pointed to a faulty brake light switch of all things, but because brakes tie in with so many other systems of the car, it said they were all faulty.

The dealer's gadgetry should have registered an error code - and they'll repair/replace whatever is wrong. Hopefully.

My 2018 Prius prime Premium stalled while driving on the freeway. Everything went dead. After a 5-10 seconds it started itself up. Scary. Unable to duplicate at dealer. 2220 miles.

My 2018 prime stalled and then started just as you described but we were going down the freeway. Scary at 65 miles an hour.
