Someone smashed the driver side window, advice on replacement?

Many years ago, when weed-wacking my front lawn with a gas-powered edger, it shot a small piece of concrete in the side window of my daughter's Suzuki. Local glass folks came right to the house and replaced it and I don't think it was more than $150 so call for an estimate...you might be surprised.

 

I first noticed as southern (Virginia) drivers vs northern (Toronto Canada) drivers. I believe it has gotten worse since then. Some drivers here drive to the end of an on ramp and then stop & try to merge. Also, the use of turn signals is very rare and, when used, not useful many times. Why turn on your signal halfway through making a turn??
