I bought a bunch of candy to give out for halloween and I couldnt resist eating some for the past 3 days .
Im susceptible as my mom was diabetic.
I kept thinking of what you had said about diabetes.

My dad is diabetic and my sister was diagnosed within the last year. It is a good idea to get a fasting blood sugar test every couple of years to check. I don't have it yet, but I try to limit the sugar and carbs I take in, especially when eating with my dad.
