Got my 2012 Prius 5 with Safety Connect in March. Just had a blow out(?) on the interstate and had to get off on left hand shoulder. Pressed button and couldn't hear or understand S.C. operator. Brought to dealer and was told that's the best it gets. What a waste!!!
