Running on Empty.......

    Mine didn't beep, but the last bar did start flashing and when I gassed up it took 8.5 gallons.

    You probably just missed the beep. I did for the first couple tanks because I had music on, and it only beeps once.

    Thanks, Ashley7, that could well be. I honestly don't recall, but since it was my morning commute, I most likely did have the radio on. I will probably never find out for certain if *my* car beeps as I don't ever plan on letting it get that low again. ;-)
