Rubber plugs installed at pre-delivery inspection?

^ A little after 3 minutes in he says (as part of PDS) they test the (12 volt) battery. Takes me back to our 2010 Prius purchase: the car had SAT on their lot, likely for 15 months (figured out later). Anyway:

we arrive for test drive, are standing beside the (prepped) car, and out of nowhere I hear the engine turn in. Oh it’s on?” I ask. “”Yeah, we thought we’d warm it up”. Ok…

test drive went well, we decided we’re getting it, start filling out papers. One thing needed was kms on the odo, and what do you know: it won’t start….

that’s was Open Road Toyota Pomo dealer prep….

We made new battery a condition of sale.

 

Just don't buy any Aqua Salina deicer...it's highly radioactive repurposed fracking brine.

BTW We don't often get sub zero (Fahrenheit ) winters here. But when I have problems with washer fluid freezing, I add some rubbing alcohol to the tank.

 

And olive oil. Actually, shampoo, too.

 

What size are your large soft drink bottles? That are 2 litres here in Virginia.

 

True, small bottled water and soft drinks (except for cans and small bottles) are also sold in litres here.
