    The US COC is not a government organization and there is legislative support for this suggestion.

    Ha!, what would really be Stanky is to own a GM hybrid thats really not hybrid and have to pay the extra fees for nothing!

    Politicians have made dumber mistakes when it comes to taxation. Just look at the federal income tax code.

    The federal income tax code may seem idiotic but it is actually a clever way of hiding spending via deductions and credits.

    imo. The IRS should collect taxes w/o any deductions or credits.
    If the government wants to spend money on something, they should do it honestly.
