Our reliability stats for the Prius now include owner experiences through March 31, 2014, making them nearly a year ahead of other sources.

Repair frequencies, in terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year:

2013 Prius: 8, low
2012 Prius: 12, low
2011 Prius: 17, low
2010 Prius: 18, low

We have two additional statistics, "Nada-odds" and "Lemon-odds", to indicate the percentage of cars with no repairs in the past year and those that required 3+ trips to the repair shop:

Somehow I missed this earlier. In general we have more people sign up during the first model year of a new design, then less each year after that. I think this is because people interested enough in cars to visit car sites and forums also like to buy whatever is new. Plus the Prius was split into three separate models a couple years ago.

Bottom line: we could most use more participants for the past few model years.
