It's like Hyundai, except they're almost immediately building a US factory. I must say our experience with the Tesla Y and Cybertruck left us empty handed:

Y: Waited 5 years and finally they cancelled my wife's RWD long range 7 seat order asking her to select another trim, at then current pricing. Would not even honor the Full Self Driving price of 5 years before.

Cybertruck: Placed a reservation for the $80k at the time Cyberbeast 6 seats 500+ mi range, only to be offered a $100k+ variant when her Foundation Series offer came.

This was supposed to be $66k (Plus variant, larger battery option) with a $169/mo battery lease for lifetime warranty so long as you paid the battery lease. It turned to a $73800 plus delivery which is a darn bargain for a 123 kW usable battery. Design house Pininfarina design.
