    The Leaf is due to get a better battery pack in '15 or '16.

    That would include me.

    The BMW i3 will have enough range for close to two days driving for me, for maybe all but a couple of days a year. With the optional range extender, I won't have to think about it at all.

    (Of course, "have to" is not the same as "obsessed with.") :)
