Just filled up at under a half a tank left: 50 mpg!

 

YAY! Success!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Phew! It was close but I managed it - and I made sure I had my camera with me. I won't run it that close again lol.

last tank = 604 miles - MFD 61.1 MPG - calc 56.93 MPG - 10.61 gallons

 

I'm at 573 miles @ 57.1 MPG. Just went to one bar but not blinking. I will fill up at 670 miles. The 700 mile tank is so elusive but AC has been hurting mileage lately with afternoon temps in the mid 90s. I just switched to mobil 1 and I think it must be helping.

265 miles 51.0 MPG and about half of the bars on the guess guage are lit.

car has about 4700 miles on it, 22 days old. Oil changed 5w30 REAL oil @ 4200 miles

 

59.1 MPG at 221 Miles on the tank. Heading out for a Road Trip to West Virginia and back tomorrow. We'll see what it is tomorrow night

 

420 miles 50.0 my first around town tank!! Three pips left on the gas gage. My first tank might be 500 miles? God I love this car. 8)

On my 2nd tank with 2 fuel bars to go.

480 miles down at 54.7 on the display (with mostly highway miles).

 

54.8 @ 305 miles, 6 blocks on the gauge are lit.

 

Left for WV sitting on 59.1 MPG at 221 Miles

Pulled back in on 58.9 MPG at 387 miles.

Ran a bunch of errands while I was up there too. I'm pretty pleased, didn't suffer too much for my super-slab exploits (speed limit 65 much of the way). Especially since it was raining and very windy on the trip back.

128 miles 52.3 mpg My wife drove this back roads about 45 to 55 mph no cruise control, temp around 60 deg.

My good tanks this summer were 48 to 49 mpg. 22 mile commute per day.

Right now with winter gas, temps in Oregon 35 to 60 heater running I am getting around 42 mpg. I can tell when the winter gas formulation kicks in in November. Probably about a 4 mpg hit.

 

Right now my meter says 32.3 mpg.

 

About the same hit I have taken as winter set in. In the Fall I was doing 53-57 on my commute, now 49-53.

All-season tires still, EBH, grill blocked, E10 gas.

 

Wow, lots of cobwebs on this thread. OK, I'll play. As of tonight, exactly 60.0 MPG on this tank, about 75 miles.
