If you were the boss of Mary and Jack, both whom are equal employees in every way, and you were forced to lay off one of them, would you lay Mary or Jack off?
Aren't you worried about a discrimination lawsuit? Can't you just shutdown the company and avoid the whole joke?
Did you know I worked in Silicon Valley during the Dotcom years (and the subsequent Dotcom bust) so I know all about places shutting down and huge layoffs, and I can sympathize?
Can I express my sympathies dogfriend? Can you believe I may be in the same boat you're in right now sometime in the not-too-distant future?
Would you believe that I have a wealth of information on how not to run a business, just by observing my boss(es)? Would you believe that I have considered writing a book about it, but no one would believe the stories about some of the weird people that worked there over the years?
