How horrible was that TJ? I think we could all understand if you lost your cool, couldn't we? Would a muffin make you feel any better?

Maybe...but what would make me feel better, is having my insurance company be local...I just got a call, from a person whose name I was given last night, and this person tells me another person will be calling me. And both these people are in GAINSEVILLE FLORIDA! Not a office near by. Thanks, NATIONWIDE. Am I really by your side?
