My partner doesn't either; but she will. Just wait until the car comes in.

(Though she may not admit it.) :D

after receiving notice of shipment, it took nearly three weeks to receive my items. i have ordered a tshirt, mug and hat and they all took the same amount of time although the mug (which was ordered last) was much faster then the first two orders. (it arrived only about 10 days after the "item shipped" notice was received.) i guess since theyve been to my house before and usually walk here(i think) they know the way better now so it doesnt take as long...

read this thread in earlier posts when we were discussing delivery methods. someone made a comment about them using the pony express and i made a comment saying that someone should imform them that its the man who rides the horse and not the other way around. i bet you thought we were joking didnt you??... well now you know.

    Suggested text for decals, etc.:

"My hybrid gets XX MPG" (where XX means you have to print several versions) (Also suggested at green hybrid)

"Weapon of less consumption" (might get my car keyed)

    DAS, make mine say 46

"There is a more cost-effective [not original Prius] and discreet parking assist version available. No drilling required, sensor (antenna) is hidden *behind* the bumper.

    Look at: http://www.astrodoneps.com/index.html

It's too good to be true, however, I've ordered one and will inform this forum about results."

In the Files section of Prius-Europe there is more information on the installation, it does entails taking off the rear bumper. Can be mail ordered for about 90 €

    Prius Classic Decal

I would love to have a decal like the one in my classic. It was positioned on the rear window and said "Eat My Voltage". A smaller version would be great, as there really isn't a good place for it on the rear window of my 2004.

    Re: Prius Classic Decal

    Bob,
I can make this for you. It would probably look best in white so you could put it on the lower rear glass panel. I have my original around here somewhere that came with my wife's 2001. I could duplicate the typeface if you want. It might look best as all one line, too.

If you are interested, let me know.

    I fully agree with decals..

" Prius " decal on the lower back side is cool
Maybe one that says " Never has to be plugged in " you could make
updated one every so often... kindof to keep people informed
(I guess these would be more of a bumper sticker.. but decals look better)
" Hybrid " decal for the back large or smaller window

I would recommend expanding your " ... every 500 miles " phrase... make a 400 mile one. What do you think about
" 000 miles with 9 Gallons " you can change 000 to whatever you want
(300, 400, 500, etc) That phrase does take more character spaces...
but, feel free to change the words around if you can think of
something better. " 000 miles on 1 tank " maybe? Even using " ...one..."
would still end up shorter than the original phrase

I think phrasing it in this manner makes it sound more friendly...
It sounds more like conversation instead of reading.

If anyone else comes up with ideas, please post them.. this is what helps keep this site up.
