    Took the c on our honeymoon road trip through California. Here she is off of Hwy 1 in Sonoma County and at the Drive-Thru tree in Leggett. This was towards the end of our two-week, 2,000 mile trip, so she's a little dirty :) For the record, it's a fabulous road trip car! (For two people, at least)

    Here's an interesting contrast:

    1972-20.jpg

    That's my wife in our 1968 VW Beetle - in 1972 we drove from Long Island NY to Southern California, up into Oregon, and back through parts of Canada. 7,600 miles in four weeks, with just an oil change in Los Angeles!

    I'd like to do the same trip in my C, but I don't think I have the stamina for it any more.

    Glad you're okay. We didn't get much here on Oahu - thanks to you on the Big Island - broke up most of the storm before it got to us.
