This is the easiest way for hid projectors retrofit.

    Thanks!

What's a good bulb to pair with the RX projectors?

Damn. Haven’t been on here in a long while since so no one responded to my thread so never came back on here, lol. Check out my thread on rx350s. I’ve only used oem bulbs. Philips White Vision Gen2, Osram CBH, and Osram CBB. CBB is the brightest and whitest out of the bunch.

Yeah, I hear that. Why come back to a forum if no one responds to a question. It seems as if most of the knowledgeable modders have gone to other platforms.

    I'll check out your post.

I went ahead and ordered the Morimorto H11 hid conversion kit. I also have some Osrams as a backup if this doesn't workout.

Thanks for coming back and answering.

I figured as much. Thanks for clarifying.

Did you do the retrofit yourself? Any tips?

The your time and make sure you clean the lens before snapping it together.

When taking apart the lens, go from the corner and make you take off any metal brackets and screws. Pull apart and away from eachother.

As far as the rx projector install itself, its straight forward when you go to line it up. A little grinding and it fits.

    Bringing this back to life.

Is the photo accurate? I’m in the middle of my retrofit project & was hoping to find power under the hood.
