Just curious, is there any way to mark a thread as solved or do they remain alive forever??

Using Scangauge II, I observe two voltage states of the DC-DC HV to 12-volt system:
When 12-volt battery is somewhat discharged OR demand for 12-volt auxiliary devices is high, the system sets voltage at 14.6+/-0.1 volt.
If 12-volt battery is fully charged and demand for 12-volt power by auxiliary devices is low, the system sets voltage at 13.7+/-0.1 volt.

“Summer mode” may be referring to the option to turn off the Supplemental Key System that is available in the vehicle setup menus on the central console when the Prius is in Park. I turn off the SKS and one other parasitic drain related to the key fob when parking the car for more than a week. There is still some drain, but it is much reduced when the SKS is turned off and so far the 12-volt battery has survived sitting unused up to 6-7 weeks. You must use the physical key to re-enter the car and then put the key fob right next to the main power button to re-start the car.

Dr Prius shows 14.6 or 14.7 when app opens and does techstream. Both could be wrong then :D

Id like that feature also, but it doesn’t exist. It would lower the bandwidth because we’d then stop posting the same questions over and over. I mean who doesn’t love a good ole oil weight debate all over again.

Always use the oil weight the manufacturer recommends for your vehicle, can’t stress that enough.

I'm going off a USB charger in my cigarette lighter that shows voltage. It could be off but each car probably a little different anyhow.

No, partially correct and partially incorrect, as are you. About 14.6v in some circumstances, and about 13.6 in other circumstances.
