It also could be that one end of one of the main battery cables doesn't have a good connection. The negative cable where it connects to the frame is often the culprit. And slamming the door once or twice could have temporarily solved the problem. Batteries sometimes go open internally too. IF.....it is the original battery from 2014, NOW would be a good time for a new one.
