Update: 2 8-foot sit-in kayaks. Plus a 10-foot sit-on fishing kayak on top. I could only somewhat see out of the passenger side mirror. It was easier when I fit them into a hatchback with a sunroof - I could just pop my head out the sunroof before merging to the right.
