There is a "Report Item" link on every auction.
    I would attach a link here, but I can't since i don't have 4 messages here yet.

I have copied their ads - like your quote above, and re-posted with a big "BEWARE- RIPOFF" in my area.
(This was an issue unrelated to Prius batteries.)
After 3 months of this - weekly - there were no more ads.

Did the same on my prius 2005 with 215k @ the time and battery went out here in San Jose CA my battery was also replaced with a 09 model prius don't know if that's true or not but hey guy did it for $500 bucks and took my old battery pretty much from what I understand is they fix the bad cells of the battery that is bad, however the battery that was bad in my vehicle he took and gave me a different battery most likely was bad at one point and replaced the cell. Mine had 2 cells bad but now I have 224k and still going strong, my theory is if I go 100k on this battery hell I def got my money worth especially if I am doing anywhere between 25-30k miles per year.

I posted my sucessful traction battery swap on gen 1 forum (last post): "experience with xvipers?" Well xvipers apparently is no longer, but my battery is going strong 7 years later.

I've had the Yaris for 2 years now and have put 50,000 miles of trouble free service on it. Still miss the Prius though. Yaris gets 34 MPG average compared to the Prius 52 MPG average. It adds up especially having to refuel out in Chicago which I didn't have to do with the Prius...
