I had a similar experience where I had gone into reverse and was backing up, and my girlfriend had parked off to the side and behind me. The corner of my rear bumper caved in and later on I pushed it back out. I was slightly warped but lucky for us the Prius bumpers are similar to Saturn body panels and you can warm them with a hair dryer to smooth out the warpage by pressing out on the depressed areas while warming them. If you ever need to do this, just be careflu to move the hair dryer around the area otherwise you will either warm one small area too much and it will melt or worse yet you could burn the paint.
