Prius 2010 steering rack setting problem

For the frame number in your photo, ZVW30-5170557, the production information in the Electronic Parts Catalog says the car has model code ZVW30-AHXGB(L) and was made in 05/2010.

As I wrote in post #10, the catalog shows two part numbers for the Steering Gear Assembly for such a vehicle. Part number 45510-47070 applies to cars with the package including leather and 17-inch wheels:
