I don't see why not ...just the other day I was in the mall and saw such a sale!

 

Actually, funny you should say that. I am bringing a friend in with me so we can do the "You are going to sell two cars RIGHT NOW if you give us the right numbers". She is fully ready to buy 09 prius so I'm thinking we can get some sort of deal with both of us there with $$ to spend. Hopefully!! I had a 3rd person lined up to really get a great deal but they backed out last minute.
Any of you live near Tri-Cities, WA and wanna come see what kind of deal we can all get at once? hehe

 

I believe Doug's last words were:

That is funny I hope in a month or two we will all be very happy,driving our 2010's , knowing we all got a great deal.

 

A month or two??? I was under impression that even if they found THE car we want, it probably wouldn't be in our hands any sooner than early July, possibly later. Well, I guess it would be just over two months. (sigh) So I want the next week to rush by so I can order it, though I'll just be sitting on my hands for another 8 weeks (minimum)! :-(
For those that have been through this waiting game...do we get a tracking # or something or will I be calling my dealer every day for last few weeks.

 

Lauren,I was told by the dealer that I should be getting the car by the end of May. I don't think I could wait for JULY. I hope you don't have to either.

Just a little!!!!!!!!! It's funny, I have been waiting for the G3 Prius for a couple of years and it seems that the closer it gets, the worse it gets. FRED

 

I live in Seattle. If the price is right for the drive over, I'm in.

You're not alone; not the first or last that this happens to. You may feel it is "worse" now but it will get real good after delivery. Count on it!

Wouldn't it makes sense to announce pricing on the 20th or 21st so that news paper articles on earth day have the new prius info. Or has the Internet media taken over so they simply announce on the 22nd?
