Wow! Being "the first kid on the block" was expensive! Early adopters, AFAIK, generally paid around $500 under MSRP, before rebates and tax credits. You guys have done very well. Congratulations!!

Probably. There is no NY state rebate at all. The HOV lane on I-495 is for both hybrids and plugins so there is no special motivation to get the plugin for the access.
