JD - check out OH on the Plug-in-America interactive map on the sticky for Fed and State Incentives.
It validates what you said (no tax rebate) but does mention 80% credit on home EV charging equipment

Depends on the state. For example in NY the rebate is taken after taxes but in PA it is before.

I got all-weather mats from the part department. I also got $3,500 cash bonus and will get the $2,500 tax credit. The bottom line, $25,232 for a PHV with more features (heated seats and remote A/C) than Prius THREE.

Bought mine at Boch Toyota in Norwood, MA (just south of Boston). They were running a special in the weekly ad.

    1. Purchase Price: $26488 (includes $3500 Toyota rebate, does not include tax/tags and $2500 tax credit)
    2. Invoice if known: unknown
    3. Sticker: $32,980
    4. Model (advanced or standard): standard

For this price, I got the bumper applique, the carpeted floor mats, and the winter rubber mats.

The Bosh program makes one wonder how much Toyota is giving back to its dealers to dump these!

Wow! Being "the first kid on the block" was expensive! Early adopters, AFAIK, generally paid around $500 under MSRP, before rebates and tax credits. You guys have done very well. Congratulations!!:D

So 26,488 + 3500 = 29,988 (base price). That is super low. How much was the Doc fee or other fees?

wonder if the $1500 cvrp in Cali is the reason for $2000 less Toyota rebate compared to Northeast... missed out on the Oct rebates by a week

Probably. There is no NY state rebate at all. The HOV lane on I-495 is for both hybrids and plugins so there is no special motivation to get the plugin for the access.
