    Excellent review! And I know what you mean about those Denver Toyota dealers. Way back in 2001 I bought a Scion from Arapahoe Toyota nation and had to bring to the service department for an oil change.....took them ALL DAY....never went back, even though they were free.
    I've wondered if the Plug-ins have electric coolant heaters or does the ICE need to run in the winter to heat things up? (I would think Toyota has electric heaters but not sure.)

    they have electric heat pumps, good down to about 14f, depending on your tolerance
