Prepaid Maintenance Plan and new 10,000 mile oil change interval

Yeah, It's Way Better to run the contaminated oil through that brand new engine for the whole 10K ! Duh !

 

My 2010 Prius oil changes are:
1- @323 miles, to 0W-30 Amsoil 100% Synthetic for a High Speed, heavily loaded NYC to Atlanta & Back business trip. Installed TRD Oil Filter as well. Oil Change
2- 2420 miles, back to 100% synthetic 0- W20 and another TRD filter, Oil Change
3- 4400 miles on the odometer, 0-W20 and TRD filter #3. This flushes out all the excess wear particles that are inevitable in any new engine for its first 5000 miles, as well as condensation and dirt.

I will stick to 100% synthetic 0-W20 oil and TRD filters every 5K with occasional changes to the Higher Viscosity (0-W30) Oil Recommended by Toyota for Higher Stress Driving, when the car will need to run for many hours at heavy carry loads.

It is called 'Protecting The Investment'.

 

I received a letter from financial services which said to contact your dealer.
#1 I'm pissed because if I were buying the car NOW i would have 2 years FREE maintenance.
Anyway, the person I spoke with did not get my point and has yet to call me back from yesterday.
so much for being a valued customer.
Has anyone been able to get a satisfactory response from their dealer?

I don't get something...

I just received my complimentary 2yr/25k miles pre-paid maintenance for (6) oil changes every 5,000 miles. Manual and every internet source says 10,000 miles interval. What's up?

I'm still going to do it every 5,000 miles since it's free and i'm OK spending more money over the long run on maintenance.
