Power Cord Question

    I wonder if there is a difference depending on whether the EVSE is plugged into the car? When I measured 1.1W with my Kill-a-Watt (a GREAT tool for finding what is eating electricity!), it was not plugged in. The charger in the car may pull a couple of watts when idle?

    Just a thought.
