Prius c number 2 this morning. Habanero. It was misty this morning so it contrasted strongly with the surroundings. Update: Yesterday, on my way home I passed what I presume was the same habanero c parked at the owner's place of work. This evening I might stop there and take a look in it just because I'm that kind of sad person and they aren't listed in the inventory of my closest dealers. I'm hoping we won't be buying soon, but I'm also hoping that were we to buy my wife would actually want/agree to a c.* * Or something even more efficient by that time.
Took the motorcycle yesterday to school. Sure do cover a lot of ground, while I'm splitting lanes. I actually saw three Prius C's here in the SF Bay Area- East Bay to Peninsula commute- one white, one grey, one habanero. Finally, I'm seeing them in numbers!
I haven't seen any other in my area yet, but I'm visiting family in Japan in a couple weeks and I'm curious how many Prius Aqua I'll see around the Tokyo area. There's a huge Toyota Dealership in the Odaiba area that not only sells cars, but also has several fun rides and activities for the whole family. I'll have to make sure to check it out and see if they have any on the show floor. I'll try to get some pics, if my quest is successful.
Spotted my first one yesterday, it was parked in an apartment lot that I cruise by on the way to work. So ticked that it had the side marker lights on the side mirrors, and my 2012 Prius 2 doesn't.
Saw a blue one about a mile from here as we pedaled home from the day's ride. The temporary plate suggests it was purchased six days ago.
I think I saw a Habanero in Eugene a couple weeks ago...but it was kind of far and hard to tell. I can't believe I haven't seen more. I've been watching the dealer's inventory, and they are certainly selling.
Surprised with how many I've seen. My first sighting was about 3 weeks after I got mine... a blue streak (just like mine! grrr) in my own neighborhood just northeast of indianapolis... Then I've seen a red and white or moonglow in broad ripple. My most recent sighting was a habanero at my work in greenfield indiana. I tried to track down who it was but couldn't. I really want to see a summer rain.. the only color I haven't seen yet.
I saw a white one today in Portland, OR. And my friend has a Habanero (not sure if that counts if I dont see her driving around in it?). I expect to see a lot more as they become available. The standard Prius is so popular here.
I saw my first one last week driving on Route 93 North of Boston, MA. Strange enough I saw my second one minutes later just off the highway. I haven't seen one since. I've been looking since March!
