It is always the case that gov agencies can choose to enforce laws or not. In some cases agencies can simply decide that something should be outlawed without Congress approval. I was simply trying to make the point that the president is not a king who simply decrees laws, even though many here think that he is.

Understood. I was just making it clear that the president has a HUGE influence on what aws get passed and which ones get removed. Think of it like this. If you want a promotion t your place of employment you will generally try to do things you know your boss wants you to do even without him telling you to do it. If you don't do them, he will likely remove you and put someone that will do them in your place. Ask the EPA how that works. Hahaha

Universal Healthcare will never happen in the United States - Nor will Hilary's plan of total socalism - it simply cannot happen in a free country....unfortunatly we aren't about to turn back into a dictator socialist state - you can leave the freaks the middle east for that... or Chavez...

You want your liberties taken away? Aren't you the same type of person who is freaking out about patriot act?

Really - grow up and pay taxes for once.

I'll argue I have likely paid as much in taxes in my 32 years as you have in your 56+. In fact when I cashed into a rather large investment I sucked up $90k in one hit. lol Get over yourself, we all pay taxes and "suffer" because of the "crack whore" living on that money. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Your vision of the world is skued by a negative pair of glasses. Either work to make things better or else you are not much better than the "crack whore" IMO because she only hurts herself, while your views, if acted upon or influence others, do much greater harm.

She is hurting the chances of a REAL woman suffering raising a child by herself because her husband is a dead beat -

This is interesting to view as i took this same quiz in the fall 2001 semester during my first semester of college for a political science 110 course and my score on this quiz has become somewhat more socially liberal in that time...

It's tough to be accurate since there's no scales on the world leader graph, but if I'm extrapolating it correctly it appears as if :
