    and like it so much.

99.9 L/100km equal zero gasoline ! unlike 0.00 Liter/100 km that is not exactly zero gasoline.

I think it is great to drive around on battery power only. The best part is that my electricity is free. I have solar panels on my house roof and my electricity supplier pays me for feeding excess electricity from my solar panels into the grid. It's great to be green.

Yes , it's great .In my case to drive in ALMOST electric since 2006 with the exception of long trips.

When I went overseas on holidays I unplugged all my CellLogs so they would not draw any power at all. Obviously the pin 1 disconnect does not stop drawing current between cells. Just all cells to pin 1.

Your graph look normal to me. Last time I did OOG mode I managed to draw my pack from 20ah down to 2.8ah.You can probably take it down further if you can keep the discharge rate to 1C or less. My pack was depleted when my weakest cell reached 2.5v. However a discharge rate of 5C or even 3C at the end will cause your weakest cell to reach 2.5v a lot sooner and hence use less AH. All my cells were around 3.1v except when my weakest cell reached 2.5v. Showing cell volts when they are open circuit is a bit deceptive when the battery pack has depleted. My Prius was still running in OOG mode in park when I looked at my CellLogs and the battery pack was depleted but I was still drawing about 1.3 amps of standby current from Lifepo4 battery pack. Because I was only drawing 1.3 amps from my lifepo4 battery pack my weakest cells was a lot higher than 2.5 v.

Also did a halleffect amps reading and topped at 80 amps for just seconds.
This next week i will do a true rms meeter reading with max gold function

all. Yesterday was a very nice day.

Just begining testing my V2.0a+ plug-in prius. This version has twice the capacity of the previous : 9kWh.

For a total of 140 A123 cells connected 2 by 2. Yes this is not a dream, there is really 140 20Ah cells.

First road test was 43 km. Voltage at begining was 235v, at the end 228v. Speed goes up to 85 km/h during few moments. Used 95 Wh/km.
With the previous version (4,5 kWh) the voltage would have been near 213V after 40km and cells really depleted.

    :)

Nice this way you still have your spare tire and not s lot of used space.... Really nice.

Do you have lots of flat roads?
Do you have a data sheet of your drive?

Here not so nice day lots of rain
When i did another oog mode.

I charge up to 3.7 and not lower then 2.75 but i did a 37.7 km drive from full to empty.
    This in oog mode.
I also did lots of regen so not even 37.7 km on pack alone.

The worst cells will deside your range i geuss me worst cells are preventing me from driving like you 40 + km....
What was your lowest cells voltages when doing that before with your 70 cells.....

When I used the "old" ;) 4,5kWh plug-in, in order to drive 40km I first connect lithium on nimh during half an hour, not more.
(That was not necessary when temperature was over 20°C.)
Voltage goes near 233-235v. Then put the charger one more time and after drive.
My roads are not flat but speed can be slow : 40 km/h average.
I just have a hill to climb 1 km before end ot trip and that was always a chalenge because I could not use more then say 40A there.
With lower temp I could only drive 38 km in OOG mode.
My lowest cell was at 2,8v.

This is the relationship between amperes and volts during 18km at the end of the 43 km trip with the 9kWh cells.

I am very interested in the connections between the cells, how you put the packs together, as well as the balancing boards.

Where can I read more and see more pictures?

    In my album called "can"
These connections are made for cells without tabs. If I have to do it one more time, I would really prefer cells with tabs.

Here the connections for the 9kWh:

I did mine without tabs. It felt like I was one of those Chinese factory workers. It was a real PITA. Never again.
