seriously we need a SPM sticker. My husband says ohhhh you are too cool now you are on PC a lot. he asked me yesterday if i was on durango chat yet for my truck. I told him hes jealous because i have spm pri and he has to drive my old 07 white durango everyday haha :lol:

Welcome everyone!! I haven't checked in here with the "club" lately, and after seeing Kate photos, I really want to go wash my car!!! SPM is a beautiful color when its as clean as Kate's is, really looks great!!

The red car next to it in the photo looks more like a testarosa than a masarati to me though.

I also passed another SPM two days ago, and waived like crazy. the other driver must have thought I was nuts, and after we passed, I realized I was driving my truck....... :lol: :lol:

I just drove my SPM Prius off the dealership lot yesterday! Waited 1 month to get it with the dark interior. It's well worth the wait! Plus it's 2008 model too. I've realized how attached I am to my car when I started talking to her ("Did you miss me?") after I came out of the grocery store.

Hey, I can relate. I've had mine for 3 months now, and every morning, DH and I both still say "Good morning, DuPree!" And when it beeps to let me in the car, I tell it that I'm happy to see it, too.

Welcome to the SPM Club! I think you are our first 2008 member. Congrats on picking not only the best available production car, but also on choosing the right color!

I have asked many new members to share with us whether they have named their SPMs -- and, if so, whether they had any difficulty determining the gender of these magnificent cars. It may be odd, but then again, perhaps it isn't. More on the question if you follow this link to my earlier post.

Finally got a chance to take some pictures. It's definitely a female based on the driving habits of the owner! I'd been trying to think of an appropriate name for my Prius, and have finally landed on the right name, OLIVE: it's appropriate for the color and it's named after the girl in "Little Miss Sunshine."

On our Third tank of gas(which could mean we are long term owners). I came from a Titan to this, WOW!
Liked the SPM but wanted an 07 touring with package 6 so we said "we will see when we get there" .
The only touring package 6 in our area was SPM, some people just have all the luck. LOVE IT! I have owned Ferarri's A Martin's and will tell you I have as much fun in this from a "Aint this just too fun" feeling. I do find myself on the consumption screen the most, it still kills me everytime I look at. I also love when it goes into stelth mode as we get close to home.
