PHV range without using EV mode

    Yes, but you can minimize it by preconditioning the cabin while it is plugged in (before driving it away).

    Yes but it costs less than using the battery or the gas engine to heat up the cabin.

    Seems it would help with the range if the battery is brought up to room temperature during the cooler seasons as well as keep the battery cool when charging during summer heat. I only hope the heater is better than the Volt.
