Wow, I think the closest I could call the light purple is Blue Moon Pearl! Looking very sweet on this car, as w/ the light blue (my wife would be ALL over that color) as the Aqua color was her favorite on the 1st gen.

Another picture of the slot can be found here.

But what are the VOL keys for? Volume? Volume of the voice telling you "your credit card has no money, stop right now!"? :)

Thank you Ken. Interesting that the Australian prototype has it. Does Australia use ETC?

Also, this is the first photo of the Misty Grey in fabric. It looks quite nice but the purple stands out more in the fabric version than in the leather.

Does anyone see the slot where we should be able to "charge" our smartkeys? A salesman at a Dallas dealership was telling me that the smartkeys can charge if you plug it in XYZ, but I forgot to ask him where it was. =/

Smart Keys are not "rechargable". When the battery dies (takes a few years), you simply open the unit and replace the battery. The slot in the Gen II was for non smart key operation for non-equipped cars, or for when the FOB battery had run low in smart key equipped vehicles.

The Gen III Prius has the Smart Key System standard, so now a low battery situation only requires you to wave the fob in front of the power button.

That's just spilled over from BMW's ComfortAccess feature. The BMW ones are rechargeable. Toyota ones are not.

Yeah, my dealer told me to make sure to plug the key into my BMW every once in a while. It charges, and saves data into the key. When I would come in, they would plug my key into their computer to pull information about the car. I cannot WAIT for my Prius though. :)
