    Any update?

I just had the same issue after DIY servicing all the brakes including brake fluid bleeding. Pressing the PCS button on & off a couple of times got rid of the light & warning message.

However, considering Prius' PCS system is not even effective in many cases (I lightly rear-ended a vehicle in front of me last November and PCS didn't do anything to stop that), I won't worry too much even if that light is on.

Unfortunately, the 2010 Prius' (well Gen 3) is an early version of PCS and will not completely avoid the collision.

You'll have to get the 2016 and newer with TSS-P to get a system that can actually avoid a collision under 40km/h (for vehicle) and 30km/h (for pedestrian)*

*Under most circumstances. Of course there are limitations.. blah blah blah..

The "best" limitation is ignoring deer (because they are not people, and I guess it's ok to hit them?). ;)
