Drove about 10miles and checked the coolant level. Coolant remains full in both chambers. No warning light today. I'll drive longer tomorrow to test. Hopefully no more engine heating.

    Thanks for all ten help.

All city or under 50mph driving scangauge temp hits 190fwt and to me runs a little hot. No warning dash light are activated. but still concern . I am going to check airflow issuess, but wondering what else should be checked like thermostat/waterpump/fans/etc

The Prius engine thermostat opens at 82 degrees C which is 180 degrees F. In very hot ambient temps and heavy load conditions, it would not surprise me if the engine is running at 190 degrees F.

To check the radiator fans, turn the air conditioner compressor on and make sure the fans are blowing air towards the engine.

    Question:
    My inverter pump works(see turbulence).
My radiator and inverter pump fluid level is near high.
I feel my engine gets hot even after driving for 10 mins. I don't know how hot is normal after driving say 10 mins?
I don't get any fault codes. I checked the radiator fluid soon after I stopped engine.
In both instances I did this, a bit of radiator fluid (maybe 1 or 2 tablespoon) gushed out. The color of the fluid was pink. Is this normal? If radiator was not doing its job and engine was overheating, would it throw a fault code ?

If the car is not throwing any codes, then you should assume all is normal. Yes the engine of a car gets very hot after you drive 10 minutes, that's perfectly normal behavior
