    This kind of bullying seems to be a part of human nature. It's all part of the "one of us or not one of us" mentality. Whether it's workers or bosses doing the coercing, it's still bullying. You submit or "die."

    Some people never seem to get out of high school....

    Where I work the company pays for all the software and computers used by employees. I'd bet that if Ford was paying for all the employees cars there wouldn't be any complaints :)
