Hmmm...thinking back that discussion of what's most important in a relationship, how did 'looks' make it back to the top of the list?

Meeting people while shopping, even for groceries, isn't exactly a dying art.

There is a difference between looks and attraction. The last guy I found myself distractedly attracted to is rather goofy looking by most standards. It's chemistry. I don't have any answers at all, only that you can't tell if it's there with pictures, you have to meet someone face to face to know... I've met some really handsome men before and felt nada. Stop rolling your eyes Hyo.

 

except it blows the whole "I'm just here for a tomato thing" I wonder what a person's shopping list would be if they were there shopping for dates. You know.. what would you buy to impress people.

I'm not sure I'd like a girl who bites, or uses her teeth in any fashion during lovemaking for that matter.

 

I tried that once, and her husband met me with a unhappy face. I thought she was single, what can I say, she had no wedding band on.

You have to be physically attracted to someone, yes what is inside matters the most, but if there is no physical attraction, chances are things will not happen. I have gone on a few dates where some woman are even more beautiful in person than on their profile, but they have absolutely nothing upstairs, and that is a huge turn off to me. If a lady can not stop texting, or talking about their previous sexual escapades, sorry, you can look like Halle Berry, but I am not going to be interested. Just my $.02 :focus:

 

YES. If a chick is constantly looking @ her cellphone or obviously checking out other guys -> AUTOMATIC DATE FAIL. If I'm on a date, I'm there for HER and only HER.

 

Are you insane? I could listen to Halle Berry describe her sexcapades for as long as she likes...hours, days...weeks! If she needed to pause to take a phone call, I honestly wouldn't have a problem using my imagination for a few minutes.

"I'll meet you for a coffee if you like and we can see what we each look like in person. If you don't want to hang around, don't. No picture included and if this doen't get a response then I can move on.

Of course the whole phone number would be included but I'm not about to put my phone number on the internet.
