    @Mendel Leisk and others:

    I decided to get the donut only - mine is 2017 Prius 4, 1965/65 R15
    Could you pls tell me:
    1) Year range for Prius donut fit my car
    2) Year range for Corolla donut fit my car
    3) Year range for Matrix donut fit my car

    Thank you - btw, prius changed bit and pieces a lot making it confusing

    I will start off by saying that obviously a Gen 4 (2016+) Prius Two, Three, or three Touring tire would work. I think the foam is different too. My old 2017 Prius Two is likely sitting in a junkyard somewhere in Virginia.

    Gen 3 Prius temp spare should work too. It’s 16” rim and with its specd tire profile is actually closer in OD (to stock tire 195/65R15) than the 4th gen 17” temp spare. Download 3rd and 4th gen owners manuals for more info (Toyota Tech Info is one source for the manuals).

    the part nos for both rims can be looked up. Consider the dismal state of Toyota USA’s parts website, my usual tactic is to look it up first on Amayama. Or just phone a dealership parts department. Do both lol: for confirmation.

    for the Corolla and Matrix, as long as the years had a stock tire size of 195/65R15 I’d suspect they’re 100% compatible, likely the same rim part no as 3rd gen Prius, and same tire.

    I had a dealership do a snow tire package when we got our 10; they used older-model Corolla 15” steel rims.
