Ok, first oil change at 3K or 5K?

    I think an early initial change at 1000 to 2000 miles and then a second change at 5k and then 5k changes through 60k makes sense. After that oil changes could be extended to 8-10k with a good synthetic oil. I would only push it farther than that with used oil analysis as a guide.
