Oil Leak

    Maybe there's a crack in the sensor's plastic and the oil sprays out of the crack when the engine runs? Check the firewall for oil.

    You could put the front of the car up on ramps or stands. Then put the car into maintenance mode and observe where the leak is coming from.

    Valve cover? Or..., someone just missed when adding oil? That'd be great news. Maybe just wipe clean and monitor.
