    Yeah, but that's at 9,500 ft. I think the lowest we saw snow on the ground was about 8,500-9,000 ft.

    THANKS FOR THE TIPS!

    I used two coats of plastic primer on the wheels and emblems. Then I used 4 coats of Rust-Oleum Premium Flat Black paint. It's available at home depot and comes in a spray can but is not a spray paint. Then I used two coats of Krylon Plastic Black Glossy paint on the emblems.

    I need to sand them down and throw a few more coats of flat black.

    MAKE SURE YOU USE PLASTIC PRIMER FIRST!!!

    I would recommend at least 4 coats of red. It is super easy to fix, just pop the hubcap off and repaint...

    I spent less than $20 on 1 can of primer, 2 cans of flat black (for hubcaps) & 1 can of gloss black (for Toyota emblems) and a plastic drop cloth. Much better than $1000 for new wheels.
