I promised myself I was going to wait for Misty Gray interior...I really did. I told my dealer that was the only color I wanted. Problem is there are (literally) no Misty Gray interiors in the Northwest Region (see my other posts). That's OK, I said, I'll wait. I'm patient. NOT interested in Dark Gray.

My dealer called and had someone back out of the package I wanted (IV with Solar)...problem was it was Dark Gray. I told him I wasn't really interested but I'd throw a deposit down anyway just so I can see it when it comes in. I was set in my mind to NOT like it.

Then I saw it. Then I fell in love. Now I own it. I LOVE the colors. Forget Misty!!!

A few pics for your enjoyment. The angles were bad and the light was tough but it gives you the idea. I have to start with my beloved 4Runner which was sacrificed as part of the deal...sniff, sniff. Getting 52.5MPG on the way to work the next morning certainly helped ease the pain!

Well, Sometimes good things come out of bad things. Afther putting downa a deposit a year ago and waiting and then having my Gen III package 2 wrecked in transport. I treated myself to a upgrade package III.I had the dralership remove the wheel covers. Burt Toyota in Denver was great to work with. Here is my Parl Baby.

Did you negotiate the center caps or already have them on hand?

 

2010 package with Solar and moon roof. I tried to find one with the leather package and Solar roof but was unable to. I worked out a deal to get the leather add on package. It arrived 2 days before the car did so they installed it. I have included a few pictures, I am very happy with it. Cost me 1100.00. I had a 2006 Prius which I loved, sold it for 16,500 package 5.

 

They were like 18.00 a each so I bought them and had them put on. I negotiated the engine block heater so the ice goes of sooner for added Fuel savings. When I drove up I liked the looks of my car with the Wheels. Looks more like a Lexus.

Looks super-cool. And the color combo is great. The leather add-on; is that a dealer installable package, using OEM material from Toyota?
Also your middle picture - doesn't it drive you nuts that the steering wheel is installed upside down?

Yes the leather package was installed by the dealer they said it came from Toyota. Just came available last week was what I was told. I want to get the windows tinted guess it will match the roof...Ok Ok I will turn my steering wheel around... Just got done putting 4 coats of Zanio wax on, that should protect my baby for a few months..
