Official 2010 Prius Owners Pics

I'll take a picture of that view and post it tomorrow.

 

I bought in Chico. I don't really think you can find good deals on the 2010 Prius yet. Close and free oil and filter changes forever.

Someone asked about the leather and I took a couple photos in Macro mode showing the texture of the seat and one photo shows the smooth texture on the angle part of the seat.

Wow, thanks for the shots of the leather seats. Do they have the perforation on the seat where you sit? I'm glad to see them, that's one thing I like on a seat. My BMW makes my backside and my behind sweat, lol. Sure, I could have had air conditioned seats,... but at a huge expense. I can't wait to get in a 2010 Prius! In fact, I am going to borrow the Prius I gave to my parents and go for a ride... kinda get back into the feel of it!

A new Prius, in La Jolla, does it get any better? I couldn't afford to live there, but it's one of the most beautiful places in the US IMO. I visit whenever I'm in the area, usually almost once/year.

 

There are so many Prius in La Jolla you wouldn't believe it. The Prius is accepted and will not look out of place parked next to all the MB, BMW and Lexus that are the norm. BTW There are only two dealerships in La Jolla: Ferrari/Maserati and Lamborghini/Bentley. Having said that, the most affluent neighnborhood in San Diego is Rancho Santa Fe where there is only one gas station and it sells 100 Octane fuel for US$7 a gallon.

 

Agreed. La Jolla is such a pretty area.

Yes, the perforations are on the seat and the where your back rests all the way up to the headrest. The upper sides of the seat and the sides of the back area is the smoother textured leather.

The dealer received the car on Friday, on Saturday I bought it and was prep by the dealer. Sunday morning I drove it about 1.5 miles from home to take the pictures. The car had 39 miles when the pictures were taken. I used a Nikon D90, Nikkor 16-85mm lens with circular polarizer filter. Shot RAW and post-processed in Adobe Lightroom 2. All of these factors helped the image quality and appearance of the Prius.

Wow, those shots are amazingly beautiful -- almost enough for me to want a silver car.

And I know exactly where you took those. Very pretty area.

 

Here is an interior shot looking out the tinted back window. The other picture is the profile showing the difference between the 50% tint on the drivers door and the 20% on the rear doors.
