Well, last week I spotted an Obusforme in Superstore (Loblaw Foods) with vibrators AND heating. It works in the home and in the car (12V unit with power supply for 115V when in the home). Price in Canada was $70. It's pretty thin so might be very useable - that is, not raise the seat height too much.

Of course, it may put me to sleep while driving too, soooo......

Check out XS Cargo. They had both Orbus Forme and two other manfs. last week. With heat and massage they were $50. They even had one that played MP3 files (of course it does!!).
Oh, and my memory erred on the price in Superstore. It's just under $70. It's a newer model than the ones in XS Cargo.
