Noise Control (Sound Vibration Damping)

I know it's "heavy" to mpg purists... But I used dynamat, along with my aftermarket system....getting 53.1 mpg right now, 1/4 way through tank, in hot Florida....

Way quieter, especially on doors and body panels, as they're soooooooo thin...

I'll just add again:

1. It does quiet the cabin - not a lot - but slightly noticeable.
2. There are cheaper sources (read the posts) than Dynamat (I used Dyn - because it was a last minute thing)
3. The most important reason to do it - when you close the doors, you get a nice Lexus like 'thud' - when you tap the outside panels (like C pillar and back / outside doors), you get a feel like it's a 70's car (thick metal sound)

 

Amazon has the best Dynamat Extreme price I have seen. It's still pricy though. Amazon has if for $124.95 for 36 sq feet, that is less than 1/2 of suggested retail. People who believe you get what you pay for can buy the same thing for $310 direct from Dynamat
