No Power & Bad Tow

Yup, they "dragged" my Prius up the flat bed truck and towed it to the dealer. Seems to run fine and no obvious damage to the parking pawl (put it in "park" on an incline and seemed to hold fine even without the parking brake applied). Seems like the driver should have put a dollie under the front wheels before winching it onto the flat bed though.



I think ALL of this could have been avoided had he or my wife known how to "jump" start the car and then have it driven to the dealer for a battery check/replacement (in my case it was replaced).

The REAL solution is for Toyota to re-design what I consider to be a design flaw and make it possible to shift into neutral when the 12 volt battery dies!
