    You stated you replaced all fuses. Have you changed the 15 amp DOME fuse in the engine bay? This is the one that controls the radio, clock, dome light and Smart key features.

    Yes-
    That was my first source of searching.

    The wire out of the underhood fuse bay is good too- now- to trace further down the harness - I will get seam ripper and start searching for a wire failure/chewed wire.
