Newbies - Let's See Some Pics!

Hello, greetings, and salutations. I have researched Prius vehicles for year's but finally purchased one yesterday. A 2010 red Prius 4. This is the most amazing vehicle I have ever owned. Now to add that battery pack so I can go more miles in EV than the $40k chevy volt.....lol

 

I've had my Prius C3 for about a month now, and I'm still loving it like it was the first day I got it.

Purchased a 2012 Prius 3 with the solar roof package this past Saturday

 

Got my 2006 a few weeks ago...ordered new rims& tires today (not pictured). A few mods planned

 

I am brand new here. I bought a 2004 Prius 2 months ago. I love it, so far! It actually has 275,000 miles on it. I know - almost everyone said I was crazy to even think of buying a car with that high of mileage, but it was totally gone over, , cute, runs well, gets me 42 - 47 mpg and I paid 7,ooo bucks, which was all I wanted. I have totally blinged it up and "made it mine". My kids were kind of embarrassed, like "OMG - Mom is pimping her ride!" I think it's adorable, and my husband will be less tempted to steal it with Hawaiian flowers and such. I'll post pics as soon as I figure out how to do that if anyone is interested. I have learned so much useful info just from reading a few posts on this sight!​

Join the crowd. I've only owned street legal (barely) turbo race cars and just recently a Rav4 v6. With every purchase I'm buying slower and slower vehicles due to family. Gone are my supersports bikes and now I have a Prius. Love the gas mileage.... hate the performance but sacrifices must be made!

 

Ok, this is a 2010 Prius, bought in Portugal. The car is from FEB/2010. I bought it in AUG/2010 with little more than 4.000km (it was a demonstration vehicle).

just bought my car this past sunday, july 8 2012, it's a prius 2. Already put like 400 miles on it, I drive 80 miles a day for commuting to work. Anyway, does anyone know what type of gas I should put in the car (it got three bar left, just planning ahead), 87? Thanks

...found another one with similar color in a bank parking lot!

This is my second one...a 2012 "4". Still have my 2006 with 131000 miles...Love them both!

 

Man...Love the color!!! Just plain old regular and it will run like a top.....

The wife and I picked this up 3 days ago. It will primarily be the wife's car, but if everything works out on this car, I may be trading in my 08 Yaris for another sometime in the next 2 years.

Hello! Long-time forum lurker here, finally decided to register and show off my car even though I've had it several months now.

I bought my 2011 Prius Three with Solar Pkg back in January while I was still living in California. Here she is after delivery:





Thanks to the many posters on this forum, I picked up ideas for tweaking my ride a bit. I've made the following changes in the last several months:

• Installed cargo net (kinda surprised it didn't come with the car)
• Installed Leather Seating through Classic Soft Trim (my car came with the Dark Gray interior, but I saw someone's picture on this forum where they chose Misty Gray leather for a two-tone effect - so I did too)
• Installed door-edge guards
• Removed the plastic wheel covers and installed the center caps on the alloy wheels
• Tinted windows (30% all-around)

I probably will make some more changes later when I have the time (I'm thinking of LED interior lights and HIDs next).

My new Prius 2012 introduced in topic below and some of my modifications.

This is top customized model in Thailand. It's somewhat between US Prius IV and V.

And other modifications.
- Wheel mags from CT200h
- Welcome lights on both side mirrors (lit when entering smart entry area)
- Ring light illuminates under gear shift lever
- Shark fin antenna
- JDM version rear wiper
- New hood prop

 

I just bought a package three that gulf states put their version of performance plus on.
No rear sway bar, no badge, but leather int with some blue trim and different wheels. Not the
split spoke i was expecting. Had the dealership put on rear sway bar and illuminated sills and 11piece
3m clearbra. !8" tsw forged wheels mounted on michelin pilots on the way.
Gulf states is apparently the toyota God and answer to nobody!

 

Just had my 2012 Sea Glass Pearl pinstriped and added the lower door moldings and bumper guard.

 

What is a bumper guard? I cant tell
